Kate & Lulu began with a simple question—why do some people feel uncomfortable after eating ice cream? From lactose sensitivity to sugar balance and the role of certain emulsifiers and stabilizers, [Name] approached recipe development the way a scientist would: identify the variables, test systematically, and refine the formula.

Not stronger immunity smarter balance through science
Ice cream has always been a pleasure, but for many bodies it came with a cost—milk proteins, lactose, excess sugar, and additives that trigger discomfort, inflammation, and immune stress. People never stopped loving ice cream; their bodies simply learned to avoid it. We asked a different question: not how to make ice cream taste better, but why the body resists it at all.
The answer was immunology.
True health is not about forcing the immune system to be stronger, but about creating food it does not need to fight. This ice cream is built on that idea. Milk allergens are scientifically controlled, lactose is reduced or removed, sugar is minimized, and the formulation is designed around the gut—where immune responses begin.
